Engineering

The engineering behind our sheet metal is all-inclusive. Beginning with the designing stage, we use your blueprints or drawings to draw up a draft on SolidWorks or AutoCAD and, from there, if needed proceed to create a prototype and go through preproduction and production stages up to the final assembly of the parts. We accept computerized documents and blueprints to start the engineering process and work with you or your engineering team as needed through to the final steps of preproduction. Once the draft and prototype has been established according to your needs and specifications, our CNC manufacturing, ranging from shearing to forming and punching, results a precise piece of sheet metal. If your needs require more than just parts, our turnkey services give you the option of full assembly.
