The waterproof junction box applied to the sensor power supply has a weight of only 25g and a diameter of only 26mm. There is an irregular shape inside, which requires a precise CNC machining center for engraving. The surface needs black and transparent hard anodizing, and screen printing model and LOGO. The important thing is the thread, which needs to meet the requirements of waterproofing and be perfectly combined together.
About Products
The product uses high-quality 6061 aluminum alloy bar and runs for 3 hours on a high-precision CNC machining center. The original product prototype can be obtained. All dimensional tolerances are ±0.05mm. The precise thread fit can better complete the waterproof function. And conducted a waterproof test. In order to improve the anodizing effect of the surface, sandblasting is performed to ensure a better gloss on the surface. Screen printing LOGO can produce 3000 pieces per day.
