Auger Studs
A common use of auger studs is ice making machines. They are used to drive the auger that is mounted horizontally and rotates to move the ice to the chute that disburses the ice down the chute and into the bucket. These are manufactured from stainless steel and passivated to reduce the possibility of rusting.
