About Metal Stamping Parts
Through the analysis of the design of the product by the Mulan MFG engineering team, all the production processes are divided into 8 stages, which are composed of 12 sets of molds. Since they are auto parts, the product process is subdivided to prevent unnecessary product deformation. First, the shape is cut and stamped, and then the reinforcement groove is stamped. The carbon steel material is very suitable for stamping, but it is difficult to process in the circular reinforcement groove. The carbon steel itself has high hardness, so it needs to be supplemented. Plastic stamping can get a perfect shape, then bending, forming all the curved designs separately, we got a product without holes, 10 holes in the middle and a square hollow design, completed in a set of molds, The hollow design of the side is completed on two molds, and finally a qualified product is obtained.
