This is a CNC machined ventilation valve for medical equipment. The material is required to meet the EU medical device standards. The surface of the product is clean and free of dirt. The concentricity of the exhaust port is ±0.03MM. The shape remains horizontal and cannot be deformed. There are 8 dimensional tolerances of ±0.05. The hole on the side of MM. is 90° perpendicular to the whole product, which is a great challenge for equipment and CNC machining experience.
About Products
The whole product is processed by precision CNC lathe, the center hole is 2MM in diameter, to prevent the drill bit from swinging during processing, and the custom fixture fixes the raw materials. There is a hole with a diameter of 2mm on the side, which is perpendicular to the center of the product. It needs to be very careful and accurate. The surface is smooth and free of burrs.
