This is a very precise requirement for a customized stainless steel 316 CNC machined product, which is composed of three parts in a group, the order quantity is 500 sets, the product needs to have a perfect surface, the surface finish is Ra 0.8, and each piece has 80 sizes Marking, 30 important parts of ±0.02 mm, the required delivery time is only 15 days. This is a challenging project.

About Products

The stainless steel rod is machined with precision CNC lathe to obtain perfect shape and thread. The shell needs to be machined for many times to achieve perfect precision.In order to meet the requirements of the overall concentricity of the product, all the processing can not move the position of the product, need to customize the precise fixture clamping, to avoid damage to the external surface during the processing.It takes 21 different CNC cutting tools to make the product.
