This is a product that will participate in the exhibition. It is the main rotating gear bearing of a medical device. The maximum error is ±0.05mm, the minimum accuracy is ±0.012mm, the material is POM, good operation requires high-precision cutting and manufacturing, and the surface is smooth and free of burrs, and because of the characteristics of the material, it must always be kept clean. In the verticality, each gear is specially designed to achieve different functions. At the end of the shaft is a fixed groove, which is designed as a starting point. The design of the plane on both sides will drive the rotation of the mating parts, so it must be kept horizontal. There are two steps above the shaft that need to be fixed on the bearing. The outer diameter tolerance is -0.012mm. For plastic parts, this tolerance is very strict. Below the gear is a fixing groove for fixing at the position specified by the device. At the other end of the product, there is a need to be fixed on the sensor, so inside the gear is a space, how the size is seamlessly connected, The product is a hollow structure, used to collude with the data line, and pops up the sensor contact at the end of the shaft. The product’s running state is slow, with a speed of 5 revolutions per second, but for each function driven by each tooth It is very critical, so this requires all angles and concentricity to be accurate.
