Process execution capability
Our process is very rigorous, and each production operator maintains a rigorous process execution attitude, because we know that whether the process is rigorously executed is the primary criterion for judging a high-quality manufacturer. For different testing equipment and inspection processes and process emergency event handling capabilities, each of our project-related employees can accurately control and feedback, and operate in accordance with SOP.
Quality management capability
Mulan Group’s sheet metal manufacturing and processing business strictly adheres to standardized processes from raw materials to production, testing, and delivery. To meet customer requirements, we ensure raw material traceability, ensure thickness, flatness, and tolerances meet standards or customer drawings, and provide material certification (such as a Mill Test Certificate) or third-party inspection reports. Process control ensures that process parameters are precisely set according to customer drawings. From laser cutting to bending to welding, all processes are fully standardized, ensuring that each process undergoes first-article testing and mass production only after confirmation of compliance.
Quality inspection capability
From proofing and confirmation to first-article inspection, every process in sheet metal manufacturing is strictly executed according to standard procedures. Regarding quality inspection, we strictly check dimensional tolerances, weld quality, and surface finish quality of processed sheet metal products. We verify data using professional inspection tools such as vernier calipers, three-dimensional coordinate measuring instruments, micrometers, thread gauges, imagers, coating thickness gauges, and weld gauges, and produce quality inspection reports (IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC). Regarding packaging and delivery, we strictly adhere to customer and transportation requirements for protective packaging to ensure delivery consistency.
